Three Mile Hill, between the Widford roundabout and the A12, was closed after a collision between a pedestrian and a car.

A woman in her 50s has been taken to Queens Hospital, Romford, with serious head injuries after she collided with a blue Volkswagen Polo.

The incident happened at 11.25am with the road closing until around 3.15pm.
