Delays are expected on the A12 southbound after a four-vehicle crash.

The accident happened shortly before 8.15am in the fast lane of the road, just past Copdock.

There were only minor injuries from the crash, and one woman was taken to hospital for a check-up.

However police are warning of potential delays and urge motorists to take extra care in the area.

Officers are now awaiting recovery of two of the vehicles.
