Woman robbed of bank card in Harwich after being threatened by man

A woman was threatened by a man at a bus stop in Harwich who then demanded she hand over her bank card.

Police are appealing for information following the robbery at the bus stop in Main Road on Tuesday, November 28.

The victim, a woman in her 20s, was approached by a man and a woman before the man threatened her.

He demanded she hand over her bank card before making off, and the card was later recovered in the car park of Asda in Harwich.

The man is described as white, in his 30s, slim, about 5ft 3ins tall and was wearing dark clothing including a hooded top with the hood up.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Pc Emma Williamson at Clacton police station on 101 or alternatively contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
