FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a deliberately started fire in the early hours of this morning.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service received a call at just before 5.20am to Mill Lane in Woodbridge to a fire in the open.

One crew used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames by 5.35am

Witnesses or anyone with information about the blaze or other deliberately lit fires should call Suffolk police on 101.
