Charlie Wright ANAEA, who is a partner at Fenn Wright, shared his thoughts on pool properties with us.
He said: “We have had an unprecedented hot summer this year, so who wouldn’t want to buy a house with a swimming pool.
“This year it has almost been too hot to sunbathe without one and a paddling pool isn’t quite the same. It could really enhance your property and make it more saleable than the same house without.
“In winter the attraction is obviously not the same, the pool is closed down and the last thought of a buyer is how lovely the summer going to be. If it was down to my partner, a swimming pool would be definitely on her shopping list.”
