Braintree Town sign West Ham’s Declan Hunt

15:49 16 November 2012

BRAINTREE TOWN have completed the loan signing of young West Ham midfielder, Declan Hunt.

Hunt, 18, will go into the Iron squad for today’s Blue Square Bet Premier clash at Grimsby Town.

The youngster was a part of the Hammers’ development squad that were losing 4-0 to Iron in a friendly, earlier in the season, before floodlight failure brought a premature end to proceedings.

He has made one substitute appeance for United’s FA Premier League Under-21 team this season.
