I want to complain about this content:
Well Brian, the moderator must be having coffee, we keep hearing of the investment being made by ME, I do not consider adding money onto the loan as an investment. in my opinion the quickest way to balance the books would be for the owner to made the loan a proper investment and drop his interest charge.
