No fewer than eight members of the Lowestoft club will be putting on their gloves at the long-running charity show, organised by the Lowestoft Lions.

Among the talent on the bill will be young twins, Cameron and Reece Wade, Billy Innes and debutant, Alex Cunningham.

“Reece and Cameron are very popular and, win or lose, always put on a good show in the ring and entertain the supporters.

“We have eight boys on the show, including Billy Innes, who is an 18-year-old middleweight and Alex Cunningham, who will be boxing in his first bout at 76kgs.

“Ben Evans will also be on the card, making his return after three years out and I am hoping for a good turnout from the local public.”

Other youngsters taking part are Ethan Hutchins, Lee Casey, and Kieran Hutchins.

Weigh-in for the boxers takes place between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and the action, which is likely to consist of at least a dozen bouts, will start at about 8.45pm.

Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets are priced at £10 on the door.
