The 2013/14 season saw three new reserve sides, AFC Sudbury, Dereham and Needham Market introduced to the league and this year they will be joined by two more in Leiston and King’s Lynn.

With Whitton, Fakenham and Ipswich Wanderers all joining the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division, relegated Woodbridge Town will ply their trade in a very competitive league.
