Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, and described as "land for sale", it is due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction on Wednesday, March 20, with a guide price of £30,000 to £50,000 plus fees.
The property description from the auctioneers states: "A unique opportunity to purchase a dilapidated former water pumping station set in a broadly rectangular parcel of amenity woodland extending to around 1.25 acres.
"The land is accessed via an unmade track next to 1 Benacre Road and is in a tucked away location at the end of the track.
"The land is located less than three miles west of Kessingland and around seven miles north of Southwold.
"An interesting lot that may offer some potential, subject to any necessary consents."
