The "substantial mixed use building" in Lowestoft is set to be auctioned off.

Described as a "valuable and high profile freehold mixed use investment property" on High Street in Lowestoft, it is set to go under the hammer later this month.

Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, and offered in association with Steel and Co, the mixed use property at 169-170 High Street is due to be sold on a freehold tenure.

It will go under the hammer at an online auction on March 20 with a minimum guide price of £300,000, plus fees.

The property description from the auctioneers for this five-bed mixed use property states: "Substantial freehold mixed use building with three residential flats currently let producing £19,080 per annum and a vacant ground floor office with basement and further detached studio/store to rear.
