A pub which closed just over a year ago is still up for sale despite a five-figure price drop.
The Plough in Rede, a village south of Bury St Edmunds, closed its doors in December 2022 after the landlords left.
Originally listed at a guide price of £395,000, estate agent Everard Cole has reduced the price by £70,000.
Everard Cole is now asking for offers in the region of £325,000 for the village pub.

The Grade II-listed building dates back to the mid-16th century and still has original features like exposed timber frames.
On the ground floor is a large restaurant area, the main bar, large inglenook fireplace and a snug bar area with a wood burner.

There is also a courtyard to the rear of the property that can be used for al fresco dining during the warmer months.
The first floor accommodation can only be accessed from inside the pub and consists of three bedrooms, room for an office, a lounge and bathroom.
There is also a large car park with ample parking spaces.
