A motorcyclist in his 50s is in a critical condition after a two-vehicle crash.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, were called to the collision on the A1094 Farnham Road, near Snape, at about 7am on Tuesday.
The crash involved a Toyota Hiace and a motorcycle, according to Suffolk police.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge after suffering serious injuries.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said he remains in a critical condition.
A teenage boy, who was a passenger in the Toyota, suffered minor injuries.
The road reopened at about 4pm on Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision and anyone with information is asked to contact the Roads & Armed Policing Team, quoting reference: 37/25297/24.
