Celebrity chef James Martin visited a Colchester department store today to deliver a cookery demonstration.
The popular chef and television presenter, who fronted BBC series Saturday Kitchen for 10 years, was at Fenwicks in the town to showcase his talents as well as sign copies of his new book - American Adventure.
The new book features 80 recipes following the television series of the same name, which saw the chef travel from coast to coast in the US sampling the best food the country had to offer.
