Police searching for a 40-year-old construction worker from north-east Essex over an alleged incident have made an arrest.
Essex Police issued an appeal to trace David Kemp, 40, from Coggeshall, during the week.
However, officers this morning have confirmed an arrest has been made.
The force spokesman said: “We are no longer looking for David Kemp who was wanted.
“A 41-year-old man from Coggeshall was arrested in Colchester this morning, Saturday, August 19, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of drugs.
“He is currently in custody.”
