The trial of a man accused of downloading child porn will take place in October.
Justin Dyball, 32, of Herons Close, Lowestoft, pleaded not guilty at a plea and trial preparation hearing at Ipswich Crown Court yesterday to two offences of making a total of three indecent pictures of children on or before November 1 last year.
The case was adjourned until October 30 when Dyball’s trial will take place.
He was granted unconditional bail.
