Emergency services treated a man for suspected leg injuries after he became trapped between two cars at an industrial premises in Needham Market this morning.

Four fire crews from Elmswell, Stowmarket and Princes Street in Ipswich were called to an address off Ipswich Street at 8.28am today.

Paramedics and police were also at the scene responding to reports that the man, who has since been taken to hospital, had become stuck between two cars.

A police spokeswoman said it is believed one of the vehicles rolled over.

No-one else is thought to have been hurt in the off-road crash, she added.

Ambulance crews, who transported the patient to hospital via land ambulance, said the man’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening at this time.

Traffic in the area was not affected but witnesses reported seeing a lot of police and ambulance activity.

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Suffolk police on 101 with information quoting CAD reference number 59 of today.
