The success of the inaugural Ipswich Fashion Week has prompted it to return for a second year.

And this year, organiser Pam Davis, who owns Fashion Candy, has teamed up with Evolution Squared, to create the bigger and better Suffolk Fashion Week 2014.

She said: “This year is set to be another momentous fashion experience and you can be part of this autumn’s event.

“The time has now come to focus on all the innovative collaborations, visionary designers and the greatest sense of fashion community spirit among local and county guests.

“We are looking for an array of inspirational brands to take to the runway supported by influential sponsors, with recognised retailers from the high street, and Suffolk’s finest independent boutiques to showcase autumn/winter 2014 menswear, womenswear and accessories.”

Ms Davis is searching for models to take to the runway and is holding a casting session on Saturday.

It will be held at Dance East in Jerwood House on Ipswich waterfront from 10.30am-5.30pm and is open to those aged 16 and over.
