Blackburn v Ipswich: Town boss Mick McCarthy has, as expected, made one enforced change for the Blues’ trip to Blackburn Rovers.
Loan goalkeeper Stephen Henderson comes in for Scott Loach, who sprained a thumb in training yesterday.
That means there is a place on the bench for Arran Lee-Barrett, alongside Anthony Wordsworth, who made his debut as a substitute in last weekend’s 4-0 victory over Middlesbrough.
As for Rovers, former Town stars Jordan Rhodes and Bradley Orr are included in Michael Appleton’s starting XI with another ex-Town player, DJ Campbell having to be content with a place on the bench following his midweek loan switch from QPR.
Today’s referee is Kevin Wright.
Blackburn: Kean, Orr, Hanley, Dann, Markus Olsson, Pedersen, Murphy, Lowe, Martin Olsson, Kazim-Richards, Rhodes. Subs: Usai, Givet, Campbell, Morris, Nunes, Gomes, Goodwillie.
Ipswich: Henderson, Stearman, Chambers, Smith, Cresswell, Edwards, Hyam, N’Daw, Murphy, Mclean, McGoldrick. Subs: Lee-Barrett, Hewitt, Kisnorbo, Drury, Chopra, Nouble, Wordsworth.
