Deborah Tullett, Group Training Manager at the TA Hotel Collection said; “As runners-up in a national competition, it was a great experience for them and Hannah, at just 16 years of age, is already talking about what dish she is going to make at next year’s competition.”

Miss Scott is an apprentice chef on the level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship and Mr Austin, is a commis chef on the Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship.
