Over the past three years more than 200 people in Suffolk and Norfolk have attended MENTA’s free business skills, Start Right training.

The three, four-hour “fun and informal” sessions are held in Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich and North Walsham and cover business planning and legal structures, marketing – both traditional and online, plus the all-important book keeping and self-assessment requirements.

Alex Till, chief executive of MENTA commented: “We know the positive difference our Start Right business skills training, advice and support is making to the region.”

The Start Right series is funded by the ERDF (European Regeneration Development Fund).

To be eligible for this free support you must live in Suffolk or Norfolk and either be thinking of starting up a business or have been trading for less than 12 months. All three workshops must be attended.
