Chelmsford: Anglia Ruskin University secures Willmott Dixon learning partnership

ANGLIA Ruskin University has formed a trading partnership with capital works, regeneration and support services group Willmott Dixon,
The company has chosen Anglia Ruskin ahead of five other universities to validate courses run at its in-house Learning Academy for Leaders,
Under the partnership, senior managers on the Management Development Level (MDL) 3 programme can accrue credits to progress to an MA in Leadership course, starting with a Postgraduate Certificate.
The programmes will be delivered by academics from Anglia Ruskin’s Lord Ashcroft International Business School, based in Chelmsford and Cambridge.
Willmott Dixon, which as more than 3,000 employees and turnover of more than £1billion, invests around £2million on training and development each year, providing an average of four and a half training days per employee compared to an industry average of two days. Around 40 Willmott Dixon managers are enrolled on to the MDL3 each year.
