Palmer & Partners acquires Tendring Lettings Company in Thorpe Le Soken.

Palmer & Partners estate agents, based in Colchester, has acquired the well regarded Tendring Lettings Company, which is in a prominent position in Thorpe High Street.

Tendring Lettings Company has been run on similar principles to Palmer & Partners, and has been trading in the area fro 11 years, building good relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. As members of ARLA and the Property Ombudsman, Palmer & Partners adhere to a strict code of conduct, ensuring best industry practice. Managing director John Palmer said: “The ethos of the company is a perfect fit for us. Tendring Lettings is a family run independent, just like Palmer & Partners but being an ARLA member really clinched it for us.”

TLC had previously focused on lettings but over the next few weeks would be re-branded for residential sales as well, overseen by Brady Rackham who runs the Clacton office in Station Road. The lettings deparment would be run by Sarah Seth, an established member of the Palmer & Partners team.
