Framlingham-based cloud telecoms firm X-on launches Cuube online services platform

Cloud telecoms company X-on, based at the Framlingham Technology Centre, has launched Cuube, a new online communications services platform.
It offers a quick way for users to buy a new phone number for their business, set up a phone conference or contact thousands of people via phone or SMS text messaging.

“Conference Calling is easily set up,” said an X-on spokesman. “Each time you visit the Cuube site you are provided with a unique PIN – you just need to advise the attendees of the PIN and phone number and that’s it. Register for a free Cuube account and you’re provided with a dedicated PIN you can use anytime, plus scheduling and invitation facilities.
“Phone numbers are available for a very low monthly rental with simple administration via your Cuube account. The range of geographic, non-geographic and freephone numbers include Silver and Gold numbers, which make it easier for your customers to remember, and to dial, your number.”
X-on, which was founded in 2000, processes several million SMS and call minutes per month across a range of industries such as healthcare, food and hospitality, IT, retail, telecommunications and the emergency services.
Clients include household name brands such as Kelloggs, Bupa, Makro and Fujitsu.
