Systematic Logistics International (SLi), part of Palletways, a European palletised freight network, has invested in seven Mitsubishi fork lift trucks and 20 new electric pallet trucks.

The pallet trucks will help with an increasing number of tail-lift deliveries handled by the company across its general haulage and Palletways divisions, as well general warehousing duties in its Colchester and Stansted depots.

Chief executive Richard Triolo said: “This is a significant but necessary investment to update our fleet for the benefit of operatives and the company as a whole. Palletways is forecasting a substantial growth in the home delivery sector over the coming years and this equipment, along with the new FLTs for our warehouses, will support this future growth.”
