MANCHESTER City have enquired into the availability of Sunderland goalkeeper Marton Fulop as a replacement for the injured Shay Given.
Roberto Mancini’s side have been left without a senior goalkeeper after Given dislocated his shoulder against Arsenal at the weekend and are awaiting a decision from the Premier League whether they will be allowed to bring in a replacement.
With Joe Hart on loan at Birmingham and Stuart Taylor still on his way back from injury, City are desperate to bring in reinforcements and Fulop, who is third choice keeper at the Stadium of Light, appears to fit the bill.
