Blackthorpe Barn, Rougham

Previously a showpiece outside 10 Downing Street and currently the centre of festivities in Bury St Edmunds, Rougham Estate Christmas Trees also form the beautiful centrepiece for homes across East Anglia every year. Available until December 22, visitors to Blackthorpe Barn in Rougham, just outside Bury St Edmunds, can enjoy wandering through the tree lined displays to choose their perfect festive attraction. Rougham Estate Christmas Trees are famous for their quality and longevity, they are grown in plantations close to the barn itself and are available in many varieties, shapes, sizes and colour, freshly cut or pot grown. Each tree comes with added the confidence of knowing that Rougham Estate has previously won the ‘British Christmas Tree Grower of the Year’ award and the team are recognised experts in their field.

Laurel Farm Garden Centre, Ipswich

Visit Laurel Farm to find freshly cut Christmas trees, one of which could make the ideal centrepiece for your front room this December. If you’re looking to decorate your home a little further, you’ll also find plenty of handmade wreaths that would sit perfectly on your front door. As well as trees, Laurel Farm also sells gifts, cards and decorations and has a café serving winter warmers and festive cakes.

Bellflower Garden Centre, Stonham Aspal

Choose your perfect tree from a range of Nordmann Fir and Fraser Fir ‘non-drop’ British grown Christmas trees at Bellflower Garden Centre at Stonham Barns in Stonham Aspal. Delivery and netting services are available too, making the task of getting your tree home even easier.

Swann’s Nursery, Bromeswell

All Christmas trees at Swann’s Nursery are grown on site in Bromeswell, and will be on sale from the end of November. The Nordman Fir, which drops fewer needles than the Norway Spruce, will need to be kept watered while in the house, however both will make the perfect centre piece in your living room this festive season. Sizes range from 3ft to 10ft, and cost £6 per foot.

Suffolk Food Hall, Ipswich

Similarly to the rest of its site, Suffolk Food Hall focuses on product and service quality when it comes to its trees. The trees come from an award-winning, sustainable grower in Saxmundham, and are freshly cut, only a few days before arriving, to ensure a healthy tree that will comfortably last until Christmas and beyond, without dropping too many needles. The team visit the grower regularly to hand select trees, and then complete the final preparations once delivered. This same team are on hand to advise the best way to maintain the tree and help select your winner from the range. The first of Suffolk Food Hall’s trees have already arrived, with additional Nordman, Norway and Douglas Fir arriving within the week.

Redhouse Christmas Barn, Sternfield
