THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011- NOTICE OF FURTHER INFORMATION UNDER REGULATION 22(3);PURSUANT TO REGULATION 76(2)(A) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

An application was made to Suffolk Coastal District Council (New Street, Woodbridge IP12 1DT) on 9th September 2015 for development at: former Reades Brickworks, Saxmundham Road, Aldeburgh by: M S Oakes Ltd, for permission to: demolish existing redundant stores, change of use of builder’s yard and redevelopment of quarry site to provide 43 no. dwellings, including 14 no. affordable dwellings. On 4 November 2016 the application was refused by Suffolk Coastal District Council, New Street, Woodbridge IP12 1DT. On 25 May 2017 an appeal commenced against this decision; with further information in the form of an updated Environmental Statement (ES) pursuant to this appeal having been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate on 20th October 2017.This information was submitted in response to a formal request from the Planning Inspectorate (on behalf of the Secretary of State) for further information under the above regulations. Anyone who wishes to make representations about the further information ,should submit these in writing to Elizabeth Humphrey (Elizabeth.Humphrey@pins.gsi.gov.uk / The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/O. Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN) within 21 days (1 December 2017) of the date of this notice quoting the reference APP/ J3530/W/17/3172629.
