Tessa Allingham’s Suffolk Feast: One County, Twenty Chefs is a food lover’s guide to the county, with photos by Phil Morley, and is a second edition of the sell-out original published in 2015.

“Putting together this book has been a joy from start to finish,” said Tessa. “Suffolk is a county that punches well above its weight in terms of food, packed as it is with fantastically talented chefs who cook amazing local produce, and a network of farmers’ markets, farm shops and delis that make it a magnet for local and visiting food lovers.

“We are hugely grateful to every one of our 20 chefs and producers for telling us their stories and sharing their favourite recipes.”

Champion jockey and Suffolk resident Frankie Dettori, who has written the foreword, said the county was an “incredible” place for food.

The book, priced £24.50, is available from book Waterstones and The Aldeburgh Bookshop.
