LEEK Adam. Passed away peacefully in Hospital, Father to Sophie, Loving son to Nigel and Wendy, Brother to James and Matthew. Adam will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends. Funeral Service at Seven Hills Crematorium on January 20th at 1.30 p.m. Casual but smart dress. Family flowers only. Donations to Salvation Army c/o E. B. Button & Sons, 24 St Johns Street, Woodbridge IP12 1EB.
