HOFFMAN It is with great sadness, we announce the death of John, on October 27th, 2021. Beloved husband of Sandra, father of Claire, Simon and Emma, grandfather of Bethany, Amy, Emily, Henry, Fred and Jemima and father-in-law to Adrian, Rob and Mandy. A funeral service will be held at Seven Hills Crematorium on Monday, November 22nd, 2021, at 11.15 a.m. Please wear bright colours.
