ROUT Owen. Family man and former Executive Director (UK Operations), Barclays Bank passed peacefully on November 4th 2021, at home surrounded by his family. Dearly loved husband to Jean, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral at Aldeburgh Parish Church on Tuesday November 23rd at 12 noon.
