The trial of a Colchester man accused of sexually assaulting a woman will take place in 2026.
Before Ipswich Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on Tuesday was 39-year-old Ryan Hoare, of Stalin Road, Colchester.
He pleaded not guilty to an offence of assault by penetration dating back to November 2022.
His trial, which is expected to last four or five days, will get underway on March 23, 2026.
Hoare is on bail.
