The Six Bells in Walsham le Willows, a village 13 miles from the market town of Bury St Edmunds, was listed for sale on Everard Cole in May.
The freehold price for the Grade II-listed building has now been dropped by £45,000 from its original guide price of £295,000.

The three-storey property can be found off the main crossroads in the centre of the village.
The front entrance leads to the lobby area a lounge area, a side bar and the main bar with an open feature fireplace.
There is enough room to seat up to 58 customers.
