Shelia Dale is missing from her home in Maldon.

Essex Police are appealing for help in finding the 79-year-old – who has been missing since Sunday.

She has been described by police as “extremely vulnerable”.

She was reported missing around 9am today and Mrs Dale does not have access to a phone or money.

Mrs Dale is 5ft 4in tall and police believe that she was wearing a black top and black leggings when she went missing.

She is known to visit the Tesco and Morrisons supermarkets in Maldon, as well as the promenade and cemetery areas.
