A11 northbound between Red Lodge and Barton Mills clear after lorry has tyre blow-out

A lorry was blocking the northbound carriageway of the A11 after one of its tyres blew out.

Police were called to the road between Red Lodge and Barton Mills at 3.50pm.

The male driver of the lorry was not injured but the vehicle was blocking the carriageway, a police spokeswoman said.

The road was clear by 6.10pm.
