The A12 Breydon Bridge in Great Yarmouth will be closed from tonight for five nights for essential maintenance.
Work by Highways England contractors to replace worn-out parts will take place between 8pm and 5am.
During the work the A12 will be closed in both directions at the bridge.
A diversion will be in place between the Pasteur Road roundabout and the Vauxhall roundabout at Acle New Road, via the A1243, B1141 and A149.
Motorists affected by this work are advised to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel.
