A12: Driver’s sneeze suspected cause of three-vehicle crash

Police believe a driver sneezing at the wheel led to a three-vehicle crash near Great Yarmouth this evening.

The A12 was closed in both directions between the A1243 Pasteur Road and A47 Acle New Road following the incident at 5.50pm.

Vehicles were diverted via Haven Bridge and North Quay.

Norfolk Police said a car veered slightly after its driver sneezed, which caused it to clip another car. They added that no people were injured in the crash.
