SECKFORD: A motorist charged with causing death by careless driving will next appear at crown court after a motorcyclist died on the A12 at Seckford, near Woodbridge.
David Simmons, of Park Lane, Kirton, appeared at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court where he indicated no plea in response to the charge.
The accident happened in the northbound carriageway close to the turning for Seckford Hall on February 19.
Motorcyclist Andrew Henderson, 33, from Colchester was killed at the scene.
Simmons, 57, was driving a blue Vauxhall Zafira and was arrested at the scene of the crash.
