A man has been taken to hospital following a crash between a lorry and a van which closed part of the A120 in Essex.
The road was closed for more than three hours at Marks Tey following the incident around 9.15am.
The incident, which happened on the westbound carriageway of the A120 between Old London Road (Marks Tey) and the B1024 Colchester Road (Coggeshall), caused a spillage on the road.
The air ambulance landed at the scene and the man driving the van was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Highways England confirmed the road had reopened just before midday.
