The A120 in Essex has reopened between the B1035 and the B1352 near Horsley Cross and the B1352 near Wix.
Highways England announced that the road had been closed eastbound, close to Harwich due to adverse weather conditions.
They reported that the road was open again eastbound just before 12pm.
