A14 traffic was brought to a near standstill this evening because of a broken down vehicle.
One lane of the road was closed for nearly an hour following the break-down, on the westbound carriageway at junction 49, Bury Road.
Traffic was reportedly backed up for around a mile while recovery work took place.
The lane reopened at around 6.50pm.
