Motorists travelling on the A14 look set to encounter delays this morning, after two stretches of the road were closed in Cambridgeshire following a serious incident between two lorries last night.

The road was closed at around 10.30pm yesterday between junction 32 for Histon and junction 33 for Milton heading eastbound, and westbound between junction 36 for Nine Mile Hill and junction 32 for Histon.

Traffic is queues back for three miles as a result of the closures.

A diversion has been put in place via the A11, the A505 and the M11.
