FIREFIGHTERS were called to battle a car blaze on the A14.
The brigade received several calls to reports of a car alight on the A14 between the Orwell Bridge and the Copdock Interchange.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said Two crews had arrived on scene by 11.05pm yesterday. Firefighters then worked to bring the flames using one hose reel jet. The fire was brought under control in five minutes.
