Firefighters were called to extinguish a burning car on the A14 this morning.
Crews from Bury St Edmunds and Elmswell were alerted to the incident in the eastbound lane at about 11.15am.
The vehicle was discovered to be “well alight” when crews arrived between junction 46, for Thurston and 47, for Elmswell.
The fire was under control by 11.40am.
