TWO people had to be cut from a car last night after a single-vehicle collision which led to the vehicle leaving the road and ending up in undergrowth.
Fire crews from Elmswell and Needham Market and a rescue tender from Stowmarket were called to the incident, on the eastbound carriageway of the A14, near the junction for the A140, at 9.20pm yesterday.
Firefighters removed the roof of the car using hydraulic cutting equipment and spreading gear.
Two people were then taken to hospital by ambulance at about 10.40pm.
