Emergency services were called to a three vehicle crash on the A140 at Brockford Street near Mendlesham this morning which blocked a stretch of the road for more than an hour.
Police were called today at around 10.55am to reports of the collision involving a lorry, a Jaguar car and a Vauxhall Astra at the junction of the A140 and Cedars Hill.
The A140 was blocked northbound for more than an hour while emergency services worked at the scene.
According to a spokesman for Suffolk police, a woman was taken to hospital following the crash as a precaution.
The road was cleared and reopened by 12.01pm.
