Suffolk police have warned motorists that they may experience delays this morning as they escort an abnormal load through the county.
The escort will begin at 10am this morning and will strech from Ferry Road in Bawdsey to Sandy Lane in Woodbridge.
It’s not been revealed exactly what the load will be though to qualify as an abnormal load under transport guidelines it must weigh more than 44,000 kilograms on an axle load of more than 10,000 kilograms for a single non-driving axle and 11,500 kilograms for a single driving axle of a width of more than 2.9 metres.
