A free advice event for the community is taking place at Davers Court, in Bury St Edmunds, next week.
It is being held on Wednesday, March 28, from 10am to noon, and is designed to provide support for people considering future care for themselves or a loved one.
The team at Care UK’s Davers Court will open the doors to the care home on Shakers Lane for its “Planning Care for the Future” event.
Steven Hendrie, a wealth management specialist, will be on hand to give people advice and guidance about funding long-term care for their loved one – whether it’s in their own home or in a care home.
Ed Jacobs, from Gross & Co, will also be at the event discussing topics such as Power of Attorney. After the event there will be a Q&A session and those who attend will also have the opportunity to meet the team at Davers Court and take a tour of the care home.
