Air ambulance called to crash near Halesworth

The air ambulance was called to a crash in north Suffolk.

It happened around 9.55am in Bramfield Road, Halesworth where a car has been in collision with a tree.

The ambulance service attended and also called Suffolk Constabulary.

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “The trust was called to a road traffic collision between a car and a tree on Bramfield Road in Halesworth.

“An ambulance, the East Anglian Air Ambulance and a rapid response vehicle attended and treated a man in his 30s.

“He has been taken to James Paget Hospital by land ambulance for further care. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.”
